CPCB Faculty and Students Win First Place in CACHE Challenge

CPCB faculty member David Koes and his student Ian Dunn shared first place in the CACHE challenge with CPCB faculty member Olexandr Isayev and his student Filipp Gusev.

CACHE aims to advance molecular design by providing unbiased experimental feedback on computational hit-finding predictions. It will conduct public competitions every four months, focusing on protein targets. Participants will use their computational methods to predict hits, with CACHE testing them experimentally. All data, including chemical structures, will be released to the public.
